Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Gr8 Hook wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or other assistive technology. We are working to make gr8hook.com conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and update the site.

What we've done

• Text and buttons meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Pages use a logical heading structure and landmark regions so screen readers can navigate them.
• Images have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and inputs use autocomplete where it helps.
• Moving content (the home page slideshow and scrolling text) can be paused, and animations turn off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Layouts reflow for small screens and zoom up to 400% without horizontal scrolling.
• We check pages with automated testing tools and manual keyboard testing whenever we make significant changes.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Third-party tools. Booking calendars, embedded forms, maps and social media links are provided by other companies, and their accessibility is outside our direct control. If one of these doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll help another way.
• Client dashboard. Our client dashboard is still in development, and we're building accessibility into it as we go.
